I am looking for an apprenticeship with an employer...

Apprenticeships are an excellent way of gaining valuable on site experience with an employer in a variety of trades whilst working towards construction industry recognised qualifications giving you solid foundations for a career within construction. Construction Training Specialists offer 25 types of apprenticeships within construction and regularly have apprenticeship vacancies which are advertised on our website but also on the National Apprenticeship website (www.findapprenticeship.service.gov.uk).

To find an apprenticeship, there are several things that you can do:-

  • Register with the National Apprenticeship Service – see website above
  • Apply for apprenticeship vacancies on CTS Ltd website – www.construction-training.com
  • Prepare a CV and covering letter and send this out to companies local to you asking if they have any apprenticeship opportunities; it is also an idea to give them a call to check they have received your letter and to speak to them in person.
  • Email Construction Training Specialists Ltd with your CV and covering letter stating clearly which apprenticeships you are most interested in. We will keep your details on our database and contact you when opportunities arise but you will need to keep an eye on the above websites and apply online.
